Dieter Pfister, Ernst's grandson, acquired Koehler Roofing and Schmidt Roofing In the 1980's and formed Pfister Industries. Today, the Pfister name and reputation is among the finest in the industry. North American Re-Modeling & Design Inc was formed in 1981 by Lawrence Rota. Mr. Rota entered the seamless gutter industry early on in 1971. Mr. Rota soon expanded into residential remodeling and new home construction with his new company, becoming one of the area's premier custom homebuilders for the upscale markets.
