A: Yes. Permitting makes sure that your project is being built to National Building codes. City inspections could be viewed as an insurance policy. Inspections of the work performed insure that the project is being built for your safety.

Q: What could increase the value of my home?

A: Usually it takes 2 to 3 months dependent on kitchen size and details involved in the project.

Q: Do we need to leave our home during the remodeling job?

A: Not necessarily. We try not to disturb the homes normal activities.

Q: Do we have to get involved with the city for permits or will you provide them?

A: We will obtain the relevant permits as part of our service. Our representative will physically go to the City and deal with the different departments for attaining your permit.
